Jizake Japan is a consortium of 40 sake breweries across Japan with its head office in Tokyo. This organization is established in 1975 to share and develop sake making technologies among members, and to mutually help member's marketing. All the member breweries are small to medium size breweries and are strongly rooted with the local culture.

Jizake Japan started to export its member's premium sake in year 2000.

Currently we export sake to Canada, United States, Taiwan, Korea, Mainland China and UK. It is our mission to promote our fine premium sake and our food culture to the world.
