Shuawa (Beautiful bubbles) is a sparkling Dai Ginjo Sake newly created by the young brew master of Yamatogawa Sake Brewery. At the age of only 30, he has already received numerous gold awards from the All Japan Sake Appraisal.
Shuawa is a slightly dry sparkling sake with sensational refreshing mouthfeel. This sake pairs well with appetizers or lightly seasoned dishes. Unlike most sparkling sakes, which use CO2 injection, this sparkling bubble is made through secondary fermentation within the bottle, similar to Champagne. Enjoy this sake for your memorable occasions, special dinners and relaxing time in front of your fireplace.
